Shipping Timeline

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen logistical delays.

Can You Return Plants?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on plants. Live plants are highly sensitive, and transit stress during a return journey can cause irreversible damage.

However, we guarantee that every plant will be delivered to your doorstep in healthy, thriving condition. Some temporary dullness or mild stress is natural due to travel, but with proper sunlight and watering, your plant will quickly recover.
