Philodendron Plant- Congo Rojo

New trendy house plant. These plants are some of the easiest to care for. Perfect houseplant! They are compact, and relatively easy to care for. Does not need re-potting. Does well in artificial light also (Needs down time like humans!). Philodendron filters airborne toxins, they are part of our clean air plant collection.

Light: Indirect sunlight, avoid direct sunlight as this will scorch the leaves, taking a long time to recover.

Watering: Keep compost moist, with good drainage. A good rule of thumb is to water when the top inch of soil feels dry.

Fertilizing: The plant appreciates a dose of liquid fertilizer. Apply a weak solution of 'Plant Fertilizer' to boost plant health and life span.

Soil: Plant in a peat-based potting mix that is rich in organic matter with excellent drainage.
